It is all about the quality and quantity of information and energy that determines whether you remain stuck and blocked from getting what you want or whether you are dancing on the path in your field of sunflowers.

Think of a time in your life when you knew you were at a bridge and looking back, now realize it was a defining decision for you. As you approached the bridge, think about the quality and quantity of the information and energy you had. Did you have thoughts of fear and self-limiting beliefs and were you feeling pain? Were there obstructions, conflicts and turmoil going on within you and with others? Were you creating within yourself or receiving from someone else, messages that made you think and feel like you are not enough, unloved, not accepted, unsafe, ashamed, guilty or resentful? Were you generating and projecting negative reactive energy?
